Node 6 ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit ogdah6.com or contact us, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
Data we collect
Contact form data: your name, email address, the text of your message, and anything you choose to add. You provide this yourself when you submit the form.
Device preferences: your browser stores your theme (light or dark) and language preference locally on your device only. This information never reaches us.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools to collect data about you. Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses, in operational logs for service security and operation.
Purpose and legal basis
We process contact form data to respond to your inquiry or request and to follow up with you about it, based on the consent you express by submitting the form and on our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us. We will not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We rely on processors that provide technical services, only to the extent necessary:
- Web3Forms: to deliver contact form messages to our inbox.
- Vercel: to host and serve the website.
Processing by these providers may take place outside Saudi Arabia, in which case we comply with the PDPL's requirements for transferring data outside the Kingdom. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
Retention
We retain correspondence data for 12 months from the date of last contact, after which we destroy or anonymize it, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
Your rights
Under the PDPL, you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to request access to it and obtain a copy, to request its correction or updating, to request its destruction when no longer needed, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or use, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and limiting access to those who need it for their work.
